Due to the custom nature of each unit, all wig orders are final. No refunds once production begins.
Pay in full or split it up - Klarna and Afterpay are both accepted. Choose what works best for you at checkout.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for fit issues from incorrect sizing submitted at checkout.
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the $20 deposit - no exceptions.
Custom orders require 7–14 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Arrive with hair freshly washed and blow dried. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may be rescheduled. No guests permitted at any time.
All services - installs and customizations - are performed exclusively on wigs purchased through Meltedbykatya. No outside wigs accepted under any circumstances.
A $20 deposit is required to secure every appointment. This is non-refundable and applied toward your service total.
Baby hairs are not a service offered at Meltedbykatya. Please do not request them at your appointment.
